Effective February 27, 2010, the first $100 of all checks you deposit will be available the next business day after the day of your deposit and the remainder will be available no later than the second business day. Same day availability, longer delays, and new account rules have not been changed and are in accordance with the Regulation CC Disclosure received at account opening.

FDIC Transaction Account Guarantee Program
Sterling Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
